Countless restaurants and takeaway chains attempt to imitate good American food – but few achieve it quite as successfully as Jack Rabbit’s in Knutsford!
Opened in December 2014 and with a name inspired by modern Hollywood classic Pulp Fiction, the gourmet American restaurant has been impressing customers with its diversity and commitment to providing genuine American cooking, rather than simply serving up cheap imitations.
So when you order from Jack Rabbit’s signature menus, you can rest assured that the American craft ales have been imported, the smoked range of meat dishes have been cooked in an imported smoker oven and the finest steaks are locally sourced.
But it’s not just the food that’s great, it’s also the manner in which Jack Rabbit’s endeavours to cater to all customers, of all ages, at any time of the day without letting its pledge to provide a genuine American experience slip.
This means in the morning you can order pancake stacks or steak and eggs for brunch, for lunch you can enjoy a Texan hot dog or pulled pork brioche and for dinner you can dig into the bestselling Jack Burger (a double ground cheeseburger) or a locally sourced 28-day aged steak.
For dessert, choose from handmade classic American desserts like baked New York cheesecake, chocolate brownies and traditional pumpkin pie.
And, like the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant changes with the time of day. While kids will love sipping on milkshakes and soda floats throughout the day and early evening, at later times the music is turned up a little and the adults can relax at the standalone cocktail bar or in a comfy diner-style booth, enjoying a classic cocktail made with high-end American spirits.
For beer drinkers there is imported American craft ales and the ever-popular Sam Adams Boston Lager on draught, making this a dedicated American drinking den.
Then there is the glass covered, heated and spotlighted terrace, meaning you can enjoy outdoor drinking and dining all year round – perfect for big events like New Year’s Eve and parties.
With live music and much more, it’s important to keep an eye on our events page!
